Hi, my name is Kenneth Davis and I am the founder of Quest 40 Cure. Eleven years ago, I watched a beloved family member lose the fight against cancer in the prime of her life. Since then, I have been driven to make a change and now I have a plan. Eight teammates and I will be the first people to Jet Ski around the world in 40 days to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer, and launch a campaign to register new bone marrow donors. All proceeds will support children, adults and their families who have been diagnosed with cancer and catastrophic illnesses.

The Jet Ski Quest symbolically shows that the greatest odds can be overcome through determination and dedication, even when each day is unpredictable. While we, the Jet Ski team, will encounter ever-changing and sometimes life-threatening conditions, the children and adults for whom we raise money confront the same unknown challenges with their health treatments every day. These individuals suffer from illnesses with no known cure and place their hopes in ongoing research efforts.

Our motto, “You do your part, we’ll do ours!” means that patients must do their part by going through treatment, surviving and making a difference in someone else’s life. In turn, we will do our part to make sure that they and their families are taken care of, both financially and medically. We will do this by accomplishing a Quest.
